Shipping Policy

All orders placed after 1pm AEST will be shipped the following business day. We use Australia Post for our deliveries, so please allow up to 1-7 business days for your order to arrive. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please take care when sending your item back to us, as lost items are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchange or credit note on lost parcels. Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your order, or the garment does not do what is meant to please return it to us for either an exchange or a credit note (valid for 6 months). We understand you cannot try the garments on before purchasing online, so we are happy to provide you with these options, please note this only applies on full priced items. Regarding sale items choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or store credit for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.


Please ensure:

- That you notify us of the item you would like to exchange or credit, as soon as you receive your parcel.

- Item must be returned within 7 days of purchase provided with tracking number.

- Item must not been worn, altered, washed or damaged.

- Item must be in original packaging with all swing tags still intact.
